 Programs

Tranquility House will not accept any form of payment from marketers, treatment centers or IOP programs. We pride ourselves in holding true to the ethics and moral standards that represent a lifestyle of recovery.

Weekly rent/Lease agreement:

Prior to occupancy, the following funds are required:

  • $275 – non-refundable administration fee
  • $225 – first week’s rent
  • $225 – second week’s rent
  • Total: $725

  1. I agree to keep rented space in the same or better condition as when rented to me. Normal wear and tear is expected.
  2. I agree to abide by all rules and requirements as a condition of my residency at Tranquility House.
  3. Rent is to be paid during the mandatory house meeting on Monday night.
  4. Failure to maintain the rental agreement is grounds for dismissal.
  5. I understand that no portion of my current weekly rent will be refunded if I move out or am asked to leave.
